The coffees selected by our coffee hunter, Jordan Dabov, come from farmers who rely on sustainable development in their regions. Most of them are among the best in their countries. They love coffee. They live with coffee.
Their world is not one of quick, easy, and certain profits, achieved with just any kind of production. They regard their green coffee as their golden treasure. Through their diligent and methodical approach to every step, from planting to processing the harvested yield, they produce specialty coffee — a mere 5% of the global production!
